Confirming SBM Smile card on Paypal and getting the fee refunded

I've added my sbm smile card to my paypal account and I've already put the 4 digit code that paypal send to confirm the card but when I go to buy on ebay it tells me to confirm my card. Paypal tell me that they will refund me the 1.95 dollar but I have not got it till now. Paypal said it will refund me within 24 hours. I have entered my 4 digits code on Friday.

As per as i know, this process extremely quick, i guess it might had took some time for you, is it okay? else call the customer care of sbm

Please wait for the next working day of your bank as on weekdays banks are closed

Bank transactions are only processed on working days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. So expect to see the refund on Monday.

Paypal in Mauritius can only be used to sent money or do payment but it cannot be used to received money. So I think you will not be able to receive the refund.
