What is the difference between a Mauritian Paypal account and any other one?

There is only one difference at the moment - Paypal accounts linked with a Mauritian bank cannot receive money.

So you can:

Buy things on the internet with your Mauritian paypal a/c

But you can't:

Receive money from others and withdraw the funds

So, the one I have is a Mauritian account.
I have started a translation work online and was wondering how to withdraw my funds when needed.
Among the options the company offers, Paypal/Payoneer/Skrill are the ones with the lowest service costs. Could you please tell me about Payoneer/Skrill and if we can withdraw funds from such accounts in Mauritius? Thanks

Skrill definitely yes as I've used that on an e-commerce platform for a client before. I've heard Payoneer allows you to withdraw funds in Mauritius too but I haven't checked that info. Hope this helps.
