How do I enquire about any state owned lands in Mauritius?

I want to enquire about any available state owned land for sale. I was passing by a place, my father told me that the land was for the state but it has been unoccupied for almost 20 years, just bushes and a good view.
Is there a specific state owned centre or website where I can enquire?

I think it's called crown land if I'm not mistaken. Two things come to mind for that:
- The Municipality where the land is located
- Ministry of Lands and Housing
Give them a call and they'll be able to point you in the right direction and let us know what you find ;)
