How to buy on ebay in Mauritius?

First step - Create an email address
Second step - Go on paypal.com and create an account
Third step - Confirm your paypal account by logging into your email

Fourth step - Go to paypal , login and add the card - There would be a notification on the right hand side to LINK A CARD

Fifth step - Write your full name which you added upon getting the card , add your Card number, Add the expiry date, add the CSV on the card . ( 3 digit at the back)

sixth step - Paypal will ask you for a PAYPAL CODE , Call your bank and ask him to check your card statement for a paypal code, the will give you the code

seventh step - Add the code you received to paypal, DO NOT ADD FAKE CODE OR TRY FAKE CODES, AFTER 3 BAD TRIALS YOUR CARD IS DOOMED ELSE.

Eight step - YOur paypal account is now ready for purchase

ninth step - Go to Ebay and create an account

10th step - Confirm your ebay account on your email account

11th step - Login to your Ebay account

12th Step - Try to edit the addresses etc if they ask you
