Do employers provide housing facilities for foreign workers?

its higher...is there any housing facilities for foreigners?

Depends on the job I think, if you are a low paid worker then I doubt it very much, otherwise I have known people to get some help but not the full cost of accommodation. Also housing for foreigners is always much higher than residents.
