I want to order a laptop that cost 1430AUD-38360 Mauritian ruprees! it says it would be delivered my DHL WORLD WIDE!! How much would I have to pay the customs in Mauritius?

15% but you need a permit for battery

If its shipped by DHL , you will have to pay a custom duty fee ;- 15% of the original Price . Actually it depends about how much your shipper declares the item value etc .
