Is all western Union office not doing any transfer of money to China?

I had gone to the western union office but they refused to do the transfer especially if the to receive the money is a Chinese and you are transferring in China.This is because someone in China did a fraud and that case did appeared in newspaper as well.Now they refuse to transfer money to any Chinese people even if you do know that person.

Like I said in a previous post, they are doing the right thing even if you don't think so.

Also many eBay sellers also refuse to send to Mauritius because of fraud and negative feedback.

Who do the fraud?If you are saying that Ebay sellers dont send to Mauritius then the fraud is in mauritius itself?

Have you tried another Western Union branch?

There are also other forms of money transfer/payment systems. Depending what sort of transaction you'd like to do, you may find MoneyBookers, Escrow service a good alternative.

No I did not try.I dont know if they would give me same answer.Anyway I will phone them and see it and will confirm if any western union branch is sending china.The person I am sending money will not accept moneybookers.What is Escrow?

I had phoned to one more office today.They said that if a company is on their list then they would send the money otherwise no.If you are sending money to mauritian there then they accept to send else if that person is a not from here then they may not accept.Also this because they dont want to be in a dispute if any fraud happens.
