I need an updated information regarding upto what amount I can buy items online and won't have to pay any tax in Mauritius right now.

Short answer : If you're making purchases, you are liable to tax.

Long answer : Unsolicited items are not taxed upto a value of Rs2000. Please read the post on buying things from abroad along with the comments where all this is fully explained.
