Hi , i wonder what documents/permit i need to have the right to sell food with a mobile cart.

You will have to contact the municipality where you intend to have the food cart. If you get a permit in Port-Louis, I don't think they'll allow you to sell in for example, Vacoas. You'll be able to move around but within a fixed radius.

Thanks for the input.

i've contact the municipality yesterday, some dude told that they are not giving this kind of permit anymore , is this for real ? is there anything i can do to have this permit ?
