Query the business visa for La Reunion or Mayotte as the foreigner

Hi,everyone

Due the work requirement, perhaps need to the La Reunion or Mayotte for work in the next month. However, as the Chinese guy, I am not sure whether can apply the business visa (less than 90) on the embassy of France on Mauritius?

Also if possible, Can help me to query it what materials need to provide (Personal/Company)? It's better I can have the list of materials for the business visa.

The personal information: Work in Mauritius and got the Occupation Permit.
