I need a good logo

I need a logo like this http://mauarticles.com/logo.png . The logo should be somehow the same, i just want the texts changed. If you can do one like this then tell me i will contact you.

And do tell me the price also.

nope.. I am serious.. I am creating a website and this logo fits to my requirements. I am SERIOUS. Please tell me whether you will be able to do it or not !

The format should be the same. Same dimension and same colour.

I can do it 100% the same. But it won't be ethical as the person who has done this logo won't approve of it. And it will get me into trouble. Let's respect the author. You wouldn't like someone taking something you made and then use it for their own purpose. No respectable designer would ever do this at any price.

@Khush : What this guy is after is perfectly fine. It's just text with a background and there can't be any problem with intellectual property rights. If you can do it, then by all means do. You're the first one to answer his question anyway...
