Using bank draft by MCB or MCB internet banking to transfer money to another account abroad

You need to go to MCB first. You tell them, its for bank draft. They will ask some information about on which organization or bank you want to transfer the money to. The fees taken by MCB is currently Rs200. And if you want to send it to the UK using GBP it'll cost you Rs50 per pound.

I never tried with IB.

For internet banking your account must be activated for these services. Then you go to your homepage and do your transactions such as money transfer.
