Totally agree with ar26, that the right answer + 50 Rs for shipping to your custom post office.

Actually.... You have to take the price (excluding shipping) less 2000rs then you calculate the 15%...

So if yours is MUR 16,000 and shipping is free the vat will be :

15%* (16,000-2000) = 2100 ( + you may pay a postage fee of 50 to 56rs )

Custom charge(duty) = 0%
Vat = 15 %

16000 x 15% = 2400
You will have to pay rs2400
