Hi,

I want to know how to register a company and what are the things to take in to consideration when setting up a company which will be involved in employment of freelance product distributors. I mean in term of fees (one time, monthly, annual).

I also wonder how could I do for the salary wiring at the bank.

With regards to employing freelancers, I don't think you'd need to do anything for that unless their working hours meets a threshold of number of hours which then means you'd have to sort out their national insurance, tax and give them the benefits of being an employee like holidays, meal break etc.

The Employment Rights Act has more information in it.

I'd give the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment a call on 2072603 if I were you, just to make sure you're doing everything according to the current laws.
