All you need to do is take your Business Registration Number (BRN) and your ID to the Mauritius Revenue Authority building at Ehram Court in Port-Louis and they'll issue you with a Tax Account Number (TAN). The procedure is described fully here so check it out.
After receiving your TAN, you will need to complete a tax return every year and based on your 15,000 monthly income (and assuming you don't have any other revenue), you won't hit the threshold to start paying tax but will still need to complete the tax form and send it to MRA.
